W.S. Barnett, M.Min.
After 15 years serving on the ministry staff of Covenant Church of Naples, Florida, William Sanford Barnett followed the call and his passion for reaching the world for Christ through the arts in 2016. William is the President at Storytellers Creative Arts – a Florida, faith-based non-profit organization which he founded in 2000 - transforming lives through arts outreach, community groups, and equipping artists to impact culture. In this role, Barnett develops, coordinates, and manages the arts programs of the ministry, including the oversight of over 100 volunteers. He teaches art and music therapy to hundreds of men, women, and children who are disadvantaged and in recovery. He also facilitates conferences, seminars, and other educational events centered around the inspiration and development of Christian in the arts. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Transformational Christian Ministry degree and a Master of Ministry degree from Warner University. He is a doctoral candidate at Liberty University. He holds a diploma in Art Therapy from the Udemy Institute.
As a certified ministry consultant Barnett assists churches and ministries with developing ministries and programs to reach their communities. He has used his many skills to develop children’s programs, music and arts ministries, and overseas missions efforts in South America, South Africa, and Europe. William has over 30 years of ministry leadership experience. He has had senior staff roles with the King’s College in New York City and Mastermedia International – a ministry to media professionals, working with some 400 media leaders from Hollywood to New York, including some of the top names in the business. He is a past leader with the Eastern New York General Assembly of the Church of God and served on the National Children’s Ministry Task Force and Curriculum Team of the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana).
