Dr. William Sanford Barnett (Doctor of Ministry - Ministry Leadership) graduated Summa Cum Laude from Liberty University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Transformational Christian Ministry and a Master of Ministry degree from Warner University. He studied graphic arts and advertising at Parsons School of Design and NYC Technical College, including ministry courses at the New York School of Urban Ministry, the New York School of the Bible, and the King’s College in New York City. Dr. Barnett is the founder and President of the International Network of Creatives and an Adjunct Professor at the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University, and at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.


For over two decades, Dr. Barnett has touched the lives of the addicted, disadvantaged, and at- risk, facilitating arts outreach ministry in New York and at Naples, Florida, organizations such as the David Lawrence Centers, St. Matthew’s House, Saluscare, Hoffman Learning Center, and Celebrate Recovery, in addition to Gilgal Women’s Recovery and Seven Bridges to Recovery in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Barnett is a recipient of the David Lawrence Center’s 2017 National Recovery
Month Award. He has facilitated arts outreach at the Lighthouse for the Blind, Bayshore Memory Care, The Chateau at Moorings Park, and other organizations.


For more than 15 years, Dr. Barnett served with the Eastern New York General Assembly of the Church of God in Christian Education and Ministry Leadership roles, supporting and training leaders from over 25 congregations in New York. He is the founder and past director of the 250+ Eastern New York General Assembly Children’s Mass Choir. Dr. Barnett served with the King’s College in New York City (Campus Crusade for Christ) as the Executive Assistant to the President
and Administrative Director at Mastermedia International, reaching hundreds of top media professionals in Hollywood and New York.


Dr. Barnett served for over 14 years on the ministry staff at Covenant Church of Naples, Florida, in numerous leadership roles of Executive Assistance to the Senior Pastor, Music and Worship, Strategic Ministry Development, Assimilation, Communications, Missions Ministry, and Christian Education. He has ministered through the arts and music in South Africa, Nicaragua, Turkey, Israel, and the Mission to the World (PCA) Refugee Team, reaching thousands worldwide with the Gospel. He has ministered musically for the Bonita Prayer Breakfast, National Day of Prayer, Florida Memorial for the Unborn, and organizations such as InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, Abide in Him, Stonecroft Ministries, Covenant Theological Seminary, Covenant Church of Naples, C.S. Lewis Institute Fellows Program, and the Timothy Foundation, in addition to facilitating workshops at the Eastern New York General Assembly Convention, National Inspirational Youth Convention and the North American Convention of the Church of God.


Dr. Barnett serves on the board of the International Network of Creatives, the Leighton Ford Initiative in Theology, the Arts, and Gospel Witness, the Legacy Imperative, and is a member of the Collier County Public Schools Arts Council Think Tank, American Association of Christian Counselors, National Art Education Association, the NAPLES Group (Naples Area Professional Leaders and Executive Services), Omega Nu Lambda, a ministry consultant, podcaster, and writer.
